For Sale: The Big Green Bus

Bus at current location

For SALE: The Big Green Bus.

I build this Bus in 1999 in New Zealand, after it was imported as a used bus from Japan.
The original building of the Bus you can follow here.

I traveled around New Zealand and later also around Australia with my bus. That story you can find here.
In the year 2005 I shipped the Bus to Europe, where I used it only for a couple of years, then it went into dry storage.

A mix of older photos of the inside you can find here. Not much has changed in the current state.

I also made a walk-through video which shows the inside of the Bus.
You can play it from YouTube in 2 parts: Part1 and Part2.

Note that the videos where made at a diferent location. The main photo above is the current location on the camping.

However, I found that it really is on the end of its driving life.
There is much rust on the brake lines, and these are nearly impossible to reach.

As a result we moved the Bus permanently to:
Dreiländereck Ferienpark der naturists, Baslerköpfle 151, 79395 Neuenburg am Rhein, Germany,
where it is now located at place 362, on the corner of the camping. This place is very private, has 230 square meters of land, water and power but no official waste system.
The yearly cost to rent this place is approx.  3400 Euros. This includes all facilities of the camping, shower, saunas, the lake, etc. Please check on the camping website for all information on this: https://www.dle-naturisten.de/

So the current status of the Bus is as follows:
- The Inside of the Bus is still in perfect order, and everything works (Water, waste, Toilet, 230 Volt power, 12 Volt power (including 8 solar panels on the roof), Fridge, etc.)
- The HIFI equipment and loudspeakers will been removed if the Bus is not sold before we leave at 1 July 2018.

Please be advised that it will NOT BE POSSIBLE to get the Bus re-registered in any modern country, due to the bad state of the brake lines and other rust issues under the chassis. It is sold as-is at the current location.

The Bus has cost at least 250,000 Euro to build, and I now put it up for sale with a asking price of
18.000,- O.N.O.
